Malvika is a Vice President on the Investments Team. Prior to joining Verod she was Managing Director of Vital Products Plc, where she re-structured the business, established systematic and technological processes for recruitment and other key business activities and led the transformation of major existing brands and built a range of new brand. She remains on the board of directors of Vital Products Plc.

Malvika has a background in Corporate Social Responsibility at Sedex Global (UK) and Private Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank; Alfred Herrhausen Gessellschaft (AHG) in Berlin. At Sedex, she engaged with SMEs/FTSE 350 companies to provide technology solutions on their requirements around supply chain risk, sustainability, and brand risk. At the AHG Malvika focused on new forms of governance as a response to the challenges of the 21st century. She worked closely with LSE Cities, an international investigation service of social dynamics of cities centered on research initiative and Policy-Network a leading think-tank promoting solutions for developing economies partnering with the UK.

Malvika has a masters degree in Town and Country Planning from New York University, a second Masters in Psychology from the University of Westminster UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Design & Management from University College London. She has attended multiple next generation courses at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Citibank, PWC, becoming a member of the Young Investors Organization and an active member of the alumni.
