Whistleblowing Policy

Verod encourages stakeholders to report perceived unethical or illegal conduct of employees, management, directors and other stakeholders across Verod and its partner companies in a confidential manner without any fear of harassment, intimidation, victimisation or reprise of anyone for raising concerns(s).

Whistleblowers may be investors, clients, suppliers, service providers (their connected parties), employees, partner companies and other members of the public who report any unethical or unprofessional conduct on the part of any of our staff, partner companies and contractors.

A whistleblower may raise concerns either by declaration or anonymously through any of the following channels:

  • By writing a formal letter to our Legal & Compliance Department: The Legal & Compliance Department, Verod Capital, 6th Floor, Heritage Place, 21 Lugard Avenue, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria; or
  • By sending an email to our dedicated whistleblowing email address: whistleblowing@verod.com.

 

Please be assured that the whistleblowing ethics channels are anonymous and all disclosures will be treated with utmost confidentiality.
